B.C. Parker Real Estate was established by B.C. Parker in 1953. The early years were focused on building and remodeling homes in the Burlington area. Through the 1960’s and 70’s, real estate brokerage was the mainstay of the business. The agency acquired its first property management contract in 1969.

In 1965, B.C. Parker was elected President of the North Carolina Association of Realtors. During the late 70’s and through the 1980’s, Mr. Parker was the Alamance County ’s most noted real estate appraiser.

In 1974, Richard Parker joined the firm to help with the growing management business. After the death of his father in 1989, Richard decided to develop the property management business into his full-time career.

For over 30 years, B.C. Parker Real Estate has developed a unique management system which is focused on serving the individual needs of its clients. Richard’s skills are centered on the inspection of real estate and the analysis of maintenance problems.

Richard’s daughter, Grace Bradshaw joined the firm in 2003 to continue the family tradition of excellence in property management. As the 3 rd generation member of the firm, she looks forward to the continued growth and prosperity of B.C. Parker Real Estate.
